How will I receive my photos and videos?

A direct link will be sent via email that will take you to your private album located on PixieSet, where you can view and download your photos and videos. If requested, a mobile gallery app containing all of the edited photos from our session can be downloaded to your phone through a link I will provide via email as well.

How much do you charge/how do I pay you?

Once you've completed the booking request form and I know what you're looking for, I will create a package that reflects your needs. If everything looks good then you will receive a confirmation email that will contain a quote and contract for you to sign, along with more details.

A $100 retainer will be collected upon signing your contract to secure your booking date and will be applied to your total cost. Cancelling for a current offer means forfeiting your original booking fee. The remainder of the quote will be due the day of the scheduled shoot via cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay.

When your sneak peeks are delivered you'll have the option to add more images to your final gallery. If you choose to do so, an invoice will be sent and collected before delivery of additional images. I also provide additional services that may be purchased separately such as extra shooting time, extra photos, albums, prints, etc.

When will I receive my product?

Turnaround time for photoshoots is 4-6 weeks; however, they are often finished sooner. If your project requires a quicker turnaround, I have low pricing options to add "priority" to your project.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

You can reschedule up to 2 times with at least 48 hours notice for no charge. Same day cancellations or no-shows result in a 100% service charge. The booking retainer is nonrefundable in the event of cancellation.
